The Control of Asbestos Regulations requires employers to ensure that their employees receive adequate information, instruction and training relating to the risks due to asbestos if they are liable to be exposed to this material. This will include tradesmen such as Plumbers, Electricians, Plasterers and others who may be involved in carrying out repairs or renovations on buildings that may contain Asbestos.    

What will you study
The course will cover:- • The properties, uses and risks to health of Asbestos. • The use of asbestos in the construction industry • The risks of exposure to asbestos and methods for controlling that risk. • Legislating to asbestos

30 minute multi choice examination.
