Is this course for you
This programme is designed for supervisors and team leaders or those aspiring to be team leaders or supervisors who wish to develop themselves and their teams further. The programme may be carried out by the assignment route or by attracting evidence in the workplace, via NVQ.    

What qualifications do you need to join
No formal qualifications required, however, candidates should possess a reasonable grasp of numeracy, reading and writing and be in an appropriate job role to complete the NVQ.

How will you be assessed
An assessor will observe you in your work place, carrying out routine tasks and activities appropriate to your qualification. You will be requested to carry out discussions with your assessor and provide evidence of the work you do.
