This Chartered Institute of Environmental Health course is designed to cover the requirements for the handling of food and drink. This qualification will benefit anyone working in a situation where food is prepared, cooked and served. It is relevant to all catering operations – e.g. pubs, hotels, restaurants, travel, contract catering, fast food outlets, hospitals, care & nursing homes, schools & child care facilities, prisons & armed forces.

How will you be assessed
A thirty question, multiple choice question paper will conclude the course. Pass mark 20/30. Oral tests are available to ensure that candidates with learning difficulties or disabilities can also access the training and achieve success.
