Equality and Diversity
Diversity strengthens our college. HRC is committed to promoting equality and celebrate diversity in everything we do.
All users of the college should feel confident in their individuality which, in turn, creates a diverse college community. This is achieved through strong leadership, fair recruitment and treatment of staff and students, and outstanding inclusive teaching and learning. We are committed to meeting the needs of all of our learners regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
Our Single Equalities Scheme demonstrates our commitment to go beyond compliance with legislation and to embed good equalities practice in all we do. Please take a moment to read our Single Equalities Scheme.
Huntingdonshire Regional College provides a programme of events, held throughout the academic year, to promote equality and diversity.
