Welcome to Cambridge Regional College - Huntingdon Campus

Huntingdonshire Regional College has officially merged with Cambridge Regional College, one of the top further education colleges in the country.

The merger is exciting news for education in the region, bringing increased opportunities for students, apprentices and the community, with one college and two great campuses.

We look forward to welcoming new and returning students to Cambridge Regional College this September. We still have places available on many of our great courses – if you’d like to join us, drop in to our Huntingdon Advice Cafés on 24 and 25 August to have a chat and find out more. We’re here from 9am to 5pm.

Cambridge Regional College’s Learner Services team offer advice and guidance on a wide range of career-related matters such as choosing the right course for you, progression routes, financial support and personal support.

What’s life like as a 19+ Learner at CRC?

Our courses will help you develop your skills to further your career or retrain and start a new career.

At Cambridge Regional College we offer a wide range of courses from Level 2 to degree level courses, enabling you to find an appropriate study programme that helps you grow.

Training takes place in professional and realistic working environments, including workshops and salons equipped with industry standard equipment. Our expert course tutors have extensive industry experience and knowledge to ensure you achieve your qualification.

Cambridge Regional College Huntingdon Campus runs classes for learners at levels E1 to L2 at the following times:

Monday 09.30-12.00 and 18.00-20.30

Tuesday 09.30-12.00 and 18.00-20.30

Thursday 09.30-1200 and 18.00-20.30

Friday 09.30-12.00

Tuition is 2.5 hours a week for 32 weeks, commencing w/c 12th September 2016 and ending w/c 9th June 2017.

Functional Skills classes are also available to adult learners:

English – 

Thursday 18.00-20.00 and Friday 09.30-11.30

Maths –

Tuesday 18.00-20.00 and Friday 13.30-15.30

Apprenticeships combine a paid job with paid training and good long-term prospects. They offer fast track to a successful career – you earn while you learn receiving a wage and paid holiday entitlement.

Nationally, 86% of apprentices stay and progress in work after qualifying. Companies that provide apprenticeships invest in their recruits with 67% of apprentices across the UK remaining with their employer.
